Recruitment of Mandal in Nalbari Deputy Commissioner Office, 17 Posts Last Date: 26/03/2018

In pursuance of Govt. Approval accorded vide letter No. RLR-73/2017/25 dated 06/03/2018 application are invited in Standard Form as Published in Assam Gazette in Part IV from intending candidates who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up the short fall Mandal posts as mentioned below which are lying vacant under the amalgamated establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari, Assam.

1. Name of the Post: Mandal

2. No. of Posts: 17 Posts (UR – 2, ST – 2, SC – 2, OBC -11)

3. Age: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 38 years (Relaxation in case of SC/ST at per rules)

4. Educational and Other Qualification:
(a) Must have passed HSLC Examination or an equivalent Examination from Recognized University or Board.
(b) Must have passed 6 (Six) months Recorder’s certificate Class Training from Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Guwahati, Assam.

5. Scale of Pay: Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- GP-6200/- (PB-2) plus other allowance as admissible as per rule.

Submission of application: Application in Standard Form together with self certified copies of all testimonials such as Educational Qualification certificate, Age proof Certificate, Caste Certificate, pass 6 (six) months recorder’s Class Training from Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Guwahati and should reach the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari during office hour on all working days.

The candidates must write name of the post applied for on the envelope “Application for the post of Mandal”.

Photograph: Candidates shall have to submit 2 (Two) copies of recent passport size photograph out of which 1 (one) copy shall have to be pasted (not stapled), on the right top corner of the application form and to be signed by the candidate himself/herself in a way that part of the signature falls on the photograph and part on the application form, and other two copies shall be signed on the front side and attached with the application form in small envelope.

9. Selection Procedure: Candidates will have to appear for an interview/Viva-voce & Practical on their own expenses. No TA/DA shall be borne by the Govt. for this purpose. Venue of interview/viva-voice & Practical will be intimated in the call letter.
Note: Govt. servant joining the State Govt. service on or after 1st February, 2005 shall not be governed by the existing Assam Service (Pension) Rules, 1969 and other issued there under from time to time. So far their pension and other retirement benefits are concerned they will be governed by a new set of pension rules, which have been formulated vide Govt. No. 7/2008/Pt/40 dated-06/10/2009.

Ø  The candidates who are called for interview must produce their original testimonials for verification.
Ø  Canvassing directly or indirectly will be liable for disqualification.
