Customer Expectation & Perception, Service Marketing Segmentation,
Targeting & Positioning. Marks

Need for -Expanded marketing mix, Planning of Service Offer,
Pricing, Promotion and Distribution of Services. Management of people, Process
and Physical Evidence Quality Issues & Quality Models-Advertising, Branding
