(b) What are different types of benefit to which the insured persons and their dependants are entitled under the Employers' State Insurance Act, 1948? Discuss. 11

7. (a) What remedies are available to an employee under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 when his rightful wages are withheld by his employer? Explain.
