State whether the following statements are True or False:

(a) ট্রেড ইউনিয়ন আইন, 1926 ত ট্রেড ইউনিয়নৰ বাধ্যতামূলক স্বীকৃতিৰ ব্যৱস্থা আছে ।

The Trade Unions Act, 1926 has provisions for mandatory recognition of trade unions.

(b) অপেন ছপ চুক্তিত ইউনিয়নত সদস্যপদ কোনো কাৰণতে বাধ্যতামূলক নহয় ।

In open shop agreement, membership in a union is in no way compulsory.

(c) 1919 চনত আন্তঃৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় শ্রমিক সংস্থা স্থাপন কৰা হয় ।

International Labour Organization was established in the year 1919.

(d) চেম্বাৰ অফ কমার্চক আই. এল. অ’.লৈ প্ৰতিনিধি প্ৰেৰণ কৰাৰ বাবে নিয়োগকর্তা সংস্থা হিচাপে গণ্য কৰিব পাৰি ৷
